    Hi James,

We're still working on improving the resolution for Turntable.

The content made with turntable can be exported as a video (mp4) or share an embed link, URL or video (mp4).

For Android phones, you can access the separate images by following the steps below:

    1. After your Turntable content is created - stay on the preview page
    2. Minimize the Pivo app (make sure to no close the app)
    3. Open your File Manager app
    4. In the File Manager app click on:
      Internal storage > Android > data > io.youvr.android.pivo > files > turntable > frames
      * The last two steps can vary depending on the smartphone

The turntable mode only seems to produce an mp4 video- this isn't very useful without a player. Do you have a web-based player that will work with the mp4 that is created, or have you worked out a way to export the image series yet?

    Hi Jamiekohns,

Currently, the content creates with the turntable mode can be exported in three ways.
When users go to the gallery and click on the "export" button, they can use between:

    1. Video: save or share the mp4-video
    2. URL: get the URL only to share directly
    3. Embed Code: get the HTML code to upload the web-based player on a website.

If you were to publish the code used to embed the mp4 files, then users could build their own implementations- without iFrames (or using pivo's servers).

    Hi Jamiekohns,

We recommend using the URL as it can be opened using any browser.
