    Hi David,

    I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with registration.

    To register for the Pivo Pod app, you can create an account within the app (see screenshot below).

    As the Pivo Pod app and the Pivo Help Center are using different servers, you have to make two an account for each. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We're are currently looking into making this less confusing.
