There are two likely causes for this error:
- Usually it indicates network connectivity trouble. To avoid this, you can try setting your phone in airplane mode and only connect with WiFi.
- Your Pivo Present app goes to the background or you're using other apps along with Pivo Present. Note that when this happens, Pivo Present will automatically disconnect. When using Pivo Present, we recommend not using your phone to open any other apps.
Also note that incoming calls through your phone or any social media apps would disturb the connection.
