Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution. However, since your order might be processed quickly by our shipping team, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your requests.
Changes are no longer possible once you have completed checkout. We recommend cancelling your order if eligible, before proceeding to place a new order with the correct details.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot change the shipping address.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, packstation customer numbers, and building or apartment numbers are critical to ensuring delivery. Pivo does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
We can attempt to cancel your order if it has not been processed and shipped by our warehouse. Please submit the Cancellation Form as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel while your order is under the shipping process, you will need to wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request.
