To gain full access to Pivo, your Pivo pod must be used together with the Pivo Pod app. To download, visit the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store and search for Pivo Pod. 

Once downloaded, you have to create an account within the app. Please note that you cannot use the account created for the Help Center.
