To gain full access to Pivo, your Pivo pod must be used together with the Pivo pod app. 

You'll need a compatible smartphone device which meets the minimum configuration requirements:

• iPhone 5s or above with iOS 10.0 or higher
• Android phones with Android version 6.0 or higher
