Pivo will not connect to mobile device
- To connect Pivo to your smartphone you need to download the app. Please visit the "App store" or "Google Play Store" and search for Pivo Pod to download the app.
- Make sure Pivo is charged. To charge your Pivo use the included USB cable.
- Make sure Pivo is turned on.
- Make sure your Bluetooth and location are turned on.
- Please confirm that Pivo is within the range of Bluetooth signal.
- Restart both your smartphone and the Pivo pod
